Question 1

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

You pick a plan (Starter at $37/mo or Agency at $87/mo), enter your card to start a 15-day free trial, and we create your account immediately — you won't be charged for 15 days. No setup fees, cancel anytime.

Question 2

How long does it take to set up?

Accepted Answer

Most businesses are live in under 10 minutes. The AI Website Builder, pre-built funnels and automation templates do the heavy lifting — just add your business details and you're ready.

Question 3

What's the difference between Starter and Agency?

Accepted Answer

Starter ($37/mo) is one full account for a single business. Agency ($87/mo) lets you create unlimited sub-accounts — perfect for agencies managing multiple clients, at $10/month per sub-account.

Question 4

What happens after I start my trial?

Accepted Answer

We create your account the moment you authorize your card and send a welcome email with your username and login link. You get the full platform free for 15 days — your card is only charged if you keep it past the trial.

Question 5

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes are prorated automatically, and you can move from Starter to Agency the moment you need sub-accounts.

Question 6

What if I want to cancel during the trial?

Accepted Answer

Just cancel before day 15 and you won't be charged a cent. After the trial, cancel anytime and you won't be billed again — no contracts, no setup fees, no hassle.

Question 7

Will my data be imported for me?

Accepted Answer

You can import contacts via CSV in a few clicks, and our team offers migration assistance on the Agency plan. Bring your leads, pipeline and calendar events over without starting from scratch.

Question 8

Can I bring my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite team members to your account with custom roles and permissions. The Starter plan includes up to 5 users; Agency supports unlimited users across sub-accounts.
